Client's requirement
Load & Go’s partially built application failed to meet operational expectations, prompting the need for a more capable software development outsourcing partner to resolve core system gaps and redesign critical workflows.
UX/UI Deficit: Poor user experience, especially in the job allocation module, creates major operational bottlenecks.
Integration Gap: Manual, time-consuming processes for bookings and vehicle management prevent seamless integration across stakeholders.
Financial Risk: Heavy reliance on manual procedures increases mischarges and delays the invoicing cycle, posing clear financial risks.
The project mandate is to deliver a complete, end-to-end software solution (e2e solution) that enhances UX/UI, strengthens job allocation, automates invoicing, and achieves full digital integration to improve reliability and efficiency.

Technical intervention & Solution architecture
Following an intensive consultation phase, Xcelsior swiftly diagnosed the core failure points within Load & Go's existing application. Our team immediately deployed on-demand problem-solving and proposed a suite of technology solutions designed for immediate system enhancement and long-term viability.
Phase 1: Operational Efficiency & UX Enhancement
We successfully deployed a revamped Job Allocation module, distinguished by a radically improved UX/UI. The technical highlight is the centralized data visualization, which integrates all job and vehicle telemetry onto a single, intuitive screen. This display solution was architected based on observed driver usage patterns, prioritizing a comprehensive and intuitive workload view to facilitate rapid decision-making regarding routing and operational optimization.
Simultaneously, we implemented granular improvements across Job Management, User & Vehicle Management, and Docket Management. Crucially, the enhanced Docket Management feature delivered a clearer, integrated end-to-end (E2E) solution.
- 100% job management is transferred from manual to the system
- 60-70% reduction in job processing time
- Automating the generation of dockets, leads to the time in creating and sending dockets is reduced from 2-3hours to under 10 minutes.
By seamlessly embedding docket classification within the driver's workflow, executed jobs are automatically itemized, categorized, and leveraged to instantly trigger the creation of customer invoices and supplier bills, replacing time-consuming, error-prone manual tracking processes.

Phase 2: Platform Expansion & Financial Automation
In the subsequent phase, Xcelsior will focus on scaling the solution by optimizing the performance of the Client Portal and Subcontractor Portal, alongside finalizing the Automated Invoicing feature.
Upon the seamless integration of these advanced features into the unified E2E platform, Xcelsior anticipates a complete workflow optimization. This spans the entire financial cycle: from order generation and income invoicing to payment reconciliation. We project that the time currently required for Load & Go staff to manage and issue invoices to related parties will be significantly reduced (estimated reduction from 2–6 weeks down to just over 1 week).
